Subject to availability, your order will be processed within 24 hours (1 business day) and delivery will be confirmed via e-mail.

Return and Refund Policy

The provision of goods and services by Mega 3D Prints are subject to availability. In cases of unavailability the customer will receive the order in 5 days minimum and 10 days maximum. if that may not be possible, the customer will receive a refund within 14 business days.

We, Mega 3D Prints take all the reasonable steps to ensure our customers’ safety and privacy to protect any personal information provided to us by the customer, as stated in our Privacy Policy. We use cookies to ensure your safety.

Personal information (card and security)

Card transactions will be acquired for Mega 3D Prints via Yoco Payments. They use strict portals to ensure your privacy and security. No information will be stored on the website.

Customer details separate from the card details

Customer details such as: name, address, e-mail and cellphone number will be stored by Mega 3D Prints, separately from the card details, which are entered by the customer on Yoco’s secure site.
